Case Study: High School Social Studies Class
This spring, we piloted remind101 in a high school social studies course. We learned a lot and got some excellent feedback which we wanted to share with our users. We had them fill out this survey.

- High school juniors and seniors
- 762 text messages sent
- 109 emails sent
- 300 email & text messages sent (ask to receive both)
- Total: 1,171 reminders sent
We received mixed reviews from students and are transparent about our feedback. It should be noted that we started the pilot while transitioning from an old messaging gateway to a more secure, reliable system so things were still a bit buggy.
